Definition

Coaching is a customized psychological guidance. One can say that a coach is an assisted guide of a person adapted to his/her personal and professional needs. He/she is there to help you in developing your potential, hidden talents and know-how.
Coaching = Growth = Satisfaction.


A coaches qualifications 

A coach's competences, relational and human qualities are :
1) Cogestion : methodological, organizational, and intellectual knowledge.
2) Relational : the ability to establish a healthy and efficient approach adapted to each client.
3) Psychological.


Learning to be a coach Séduction

The training program includes 5 modules for three days over a five month period, which gives a total of 15 days of training. Furthermore, a follow up of 2 sessions a month for 5 months.

The training is divided into 5 modules :
1/ The basics of a coach's job
2/ emotions: instructions – self-assurance – self-respect
3 and 4/ Guidance in becoming independent
5/ From theory to practice.

The follow up sessions are performed through collective sessions or by participating in role-playing games, including conferences and individual sessions  to assess the acquired skills. We offer the follow up by telephone or internet, according to each client’s needs.
